Private Orientation Session
The Private Orientation Session is a one-time, 15-minute meeting designed to assess alignment, readiness, and scope.
This session is not treatment, coaching, or problem-solving. It is an orientation — for both of us.
What happens in this session
We speak directly over the phone.
I listen, observe, and ask a small number of precise questions.
Together, we determine whether further work is appropriate — and if so, in what form.
No techniques are applied.
No strategies are offered.
No commitments are assumed.
What does not happen
This session does not provide reassurance, emotional processing, coping tools, or guidance to “get through” a situation.
It is not designed to create relief, insight, or resolution in the moment.
After the session
At the end of the session, one of three things will be clear:
• no further work is needed
• a limited continuation is appropriate
• this is not the right fit
There is no obligation to continue.
